NEW INFORMATION ON ARRIVALS.
Arrival day is fast approaching, such excitement and anticipation. Thank you for hosting and we hope you will have a wonderful year.
Our student arrivals are scheduled for August 11th, 12th, and 13th. PICK UPS will be on August, 12th, 13th and 14th. Each group will arrive in the evening - some as late as midnight, check in, and head for bed. The next morning they will have breakfast, orientation, lunch, balance of orientation, and then be ready to meet their new host families. Students will be introduced and will be anxious to meet their families. A few suggestions – balloons, signs, small gifts, are always fun and appreciated by your student. Be creative! After a brief introduction and a chance to see all the students and families, you then may take your new family member home.

Thursday August 12th – Pickup 3:30 arrive no later than 3:15
Friday August 13th – Pickup 3:30 arrive no later than 3:15
Saturday August 14th – Pickup 2:30 arrive not later than 2:15 (Note this is 1 hr earlier)
There will be signs located at the school to direct you to registration and someone will guide you to the pickup area.
